Delete Your RIPN Account
RIPN (listed in Google Play as “We Wash Whatever CRM,” package com.closemore.crm) is a CRM for door-to-door sales and field-service teams, published by We Wash Whatever. You can permanently delete your RIPN account and the personal data tied to it on this page — no need to contact anyone.
What is deleted
When you confirm, the following is deleted immediately and permanently. We don't keep a copy, and it can't be recovered.
- Your sign-in: email address, password, and every signed-in session on every device.
- Your profile: name, phone number, job title, hire date, role, and avatar color.
- Your location data: GPS location history and shift records from the Sales Map, your location-sharing consent records, and the start and end coordinates of your mailer-route shifts, including the GPS trail of those routes.
- Your assignments and settings: job crew assignments, Sales Map territory assignments, and notification read-marks.
- Invitations sent to your email address that were still pending.
What is kept, and for how long
RIPN is a business tool. Leads, customers, jobs, quotes, and the other records you created or worked on belong to your company's workspace, not to you personally, so deleting your account does not delete them. They are kept so your team's history stays intact, but they are de-identified: the link to your account is removed, and they show as “Former team member,” unassigned, or deleted user.
- Leads, customers, jobs (including photos, checklists, and issue reports), quotes, follow-ups, calendar events, notes, text messages sent from the workspace, and the activity history.
- Sales Map records: property pins, door-knock visits and activity, follow-ups, photos, and territories. Mailer routes and their delivery records.
- SMS campaigns and templates you created.
How long: for as long as your company keeps its workspace — RIPN does not automatically purge business records on a schedule. Some of them (for example quotes and job records) may need to be kept for your company's own tax or accounting obligations; that is your company's decision, not something RIPN requires. Anything you typed inside those records, such as your own name in a note, stays as you wrote it.
Kept for technical and security reasons: our hosting providers (Supabase for the database, Vercel for the app) keep infrastructure logs, which can include IP addresses and request details, and database backups, for limited periods set by those providers. We don't edit these individually; your deleted data ages out of them on the providers' schedules. We don't keep any record of your account details ourselves after deletion.
If you're a workspace's only Owner: if other team members are still active in the workspace, you can't delete your account here until ownership is handed over (email support@washwhatever.com). If you are the only member, deleting your account does not delete the workspace's business records; email us and we'll delete the whole workspace too.
